Welcome to Fly EZ Jet (the “Site”), operated by EZ Jet (“EZ Jet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit https://www.FlyEZJet.com/, use our services, or interact with us.
By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

- Contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number.
- Location & mailing details: address, city, state or province, ZIP/Postal code, country.
- Booking & service details: itinerary preferences, travel party information you choose to share, communication preferences.
- Payment coordination: for bank transfer instructions and (if you choose to pay by phone) details necessary to process payment through the American Express gateway. We do not store full credit card numbers when provided by phone; processing is completed via our payment partner.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and similar usage information.
- Cookies & similar technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and pixel tags to operate the Site, perform analytics, remember preferences, and support remarketing (see Sections 6–7).
C. Information from third parties
- Service providers & partners: analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), email and messaging providers (e.g., Constant Contact, Twilio SendGrid), payment partners (e.g., American Express).
- Public sources or referrals: if someone refers you to us or shares your information for booking coordination.

- Provide services: process inquiries and bookings, coordinate charter quotes, itineraries, and customer support.
- Communicate: send service messages, confirmations, updates, and marketing communications (you can opt out of marketing at any time).
- Payments: coordinate bank transfers and phone-based card processing via the American Express gateway.
- Improve & secure the Site: monitor performance, fix errors, prevent fraud, and enhance user experience.
- Legal & compliance: meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Where applicable, we process personal information based on: (i) contract necessity (to provide requested services), (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., site security, service improvement), (iii) consent (e.g., marketing where required), and/or (iv) legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information with:
- Vendors/service providers: who process data for us under contractual confidentiality obligations (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer communications, payment processing, IT/security).

- Advertising/remarketing partners: Google Ads (see Section 7).
- Legal, safety, and compliance: when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, subject to this Policy’s protections.

7) Advertising & remarketing
We use Google Ads (AdWords) remarketing to show ads to previous visitors on third-party sites. This may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You can control ad personalization:

- Browser controls: You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; some Site features may not function properly without cookies.
- Do Not Track (CalOPPA): Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT). At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) (CPRA): For California residents, we honor GPC signals as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” where required.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email or by contacting support@flyezjet.com. We may still send you transactional or service emails (e.g., booking confirmations).

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal/regulatory requirements.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12) Children’s privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact support@flyezjet.com to request deletion.
13) International data transfers
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

A. U.S. state privacy (overview)
Depending on your state (e.g., CA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing (including targeted advertising/“sharing”). See the California section below for details applicable to California residents.
B. EEA/UK residents

15) Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA & CPRA)
Scope. This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Policy.
Categories of personal information we collect
We have collected the following categories of personal information in the past 12 months:
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address, device identifiers.
- Customer records: contact details, booking-related information.
- Commercial information: services requested or obtained, transaction or payment coordination details (bank transfer coordination; phone-based card processing via American Express).
- Internet or network activity: browsing history, interactions with our Site, analytics data.
- Geolocation data: general location inferred from IP or address you provide.
- Inferences: derived insights to improve services and communications.
- Sensitive personal information: Not intentionally collected (we do not request government IDs or precise geolocation). If you provide any sensitive information voluntarily, we use it only as necessary to provide services.

“Sale” and “Sharing”
- We do not sell personal information for money.
- Our use of Google Ads remarketing may constitute “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Opt-Out: California residents can opt out of “sharing” (and any “sale,” if applicable) by:
- Adjusting browser and ad settings (see Section 7),
- Enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor, and/or
- Contacting us at support@flyezjet.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
We will also make a “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism available on the Site if required.
Your CPRA rights
- Know/Access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose, and categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Delete: personal information we collected from you.
- Correct: inaccurate personal information.
- Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: including cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information: if we were to process such data beyond permitted purposes (we do not intentionally collect sensitive PI).
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your California rights
Submit a request to support@flyezjet.com. We may need to verify your identity (and authority if you are an authorized agent). We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
16) California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) notice
- We provide this Privacy Policy and will post any updates with a new effective date.
- Users can review and update personal information by contacting support@flyezjet.com.
- We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals, but for California residents we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” where required.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
